On the morning of May 9, Hoa Lu District Party Committee held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development".
After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, the work of building and developing culture and people in Hoa Lu district has achieved positive results. Cultural awareness of all levels, sectors and the whole population has been raised. The cultural life of the people is increasingly rich, many traditional cultural values are promoted, many new cultural and ethical standards are formed. Cultural, literary and artistic products are increasingly rich and diverse; information technology, especially mass media, has developed strongly. Many cultural movements and activities have achieved specific and practical results; promoting the cultural traditions of families, clans, and communities...
The implementation of civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, festivals and propaganda activities, agitation, mass cultural movements at the grassroots level... has created a profound change in people's awareness of the role of culture in the development of economic and social life. Residential areas with tourist attractions have actively promoted and mobilized people to preserve and promote the value of historical and cultural relics, nature reserves, build a healthy and civilized cultural environment, and promote traditional values. Many advanced and excellent models and examples in building a cultural environment have spread throughout the community.
The work of collecting, preserving and promoting the values of traditional national cultural heritage is always focused on; regularly restoring tangible and intangible cultural heritages, scenic spots, etc.
The system of cultural institutions in the district has been consolidated and developed synchronously, exploited effectively, and the quality of operations has been constantly improved. Currently, in the district, 11/11 communes and towns have Cultural - Sports Centers and 91/91 residential areas have Cultural Houses - Sports Areas in villages and hamlets. 100% of cultural houses in villages and hamlets in the district are equipped with sports equipment, creating conditions for everyone to participate in physical exercise and sports.
At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure). At the same time, they proposed tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time.
On this occasion, 5 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) were commended by Hoa Lu district.
