Designer Chu Thi Hong Anh connected Miss Quynh Hoa, runner-up Huong Ly, and Hong Dang to join the charity fund Facing The World as volunteers, to spread the fund to a large number of beneficiaries.
Helping children with craniofacial deformities have a new life
This charity was established in the UK with the desire to treat and perform surgery on children with craniofacial deformities , and at the same time provide professional training for doctors in developing countries.
Ms. Chu Thi Hong Anh is currently the ambassador of Facing The World organization in Vietnam.
Since 2008, the fund has cooperated with the Vietnam - Germany Friendship Hospital, 108 Central Military Hospital, and Hong Ngoc Hospital in Hanoi to treat many difficult cases of facial deformities.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hong Ha - Head of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Surgery, and Aesthetics at the Vietnam - Germany Friendship Hospital - said that craniofacial surgery requires modern techniques. The charity organization brought a team of British experts to Vietnam to perform the surgery.

Many families cannot afford treatment, so this charity fund acts as a bridge to provide surgery opportunities for children.
To date, the Facing The World Foundation in Vietnam has treated approximately 2,000 children with disabilities. In addition, the foundation has sent more than 100 Vietnamese doctors to attend training courses and improve their expertise abroad.
Miss and runner-up commit to accompany
As a judge for Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, designer Chu Thi Hong Anh connects beauty queens and runners-up for this charity activity.
Miss Bui Quynh Hoa shared: "I want to join this fund as a volunteer."
The beauty queen wants to connect many cases, helping them have the conditions to get treatment and overcome their inferiority complex.
Runner-up Huong Ly also wants to contribute to bringing happiness and joy to children because that is also her happiness.
Runner-up Hong Dang shared: “I see this as my responsibility for community activities. The more I do it, the more energy I feel.”
