On the afternoon of February 25, Inspection Team No. 1920 of the Politburo and Secretariat (led by Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung) held a conference to announce the decision and inspection plan for 2025 for the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations.

Referring to the content of Directive No. 35-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW of the Politburo, Mr. Le Minh Hung said that these are two very important documents to guide and prepare for Party Congresses at all levels in personnel preparation and document preparation.

In the new context, in addition to personnel work, the Central Executive Committee and the Politburo have placed very high demands on the preparation of draft documents. Therefore, the Politburo and the Secretariat require inspection teams to inspect the implementation of Party committees and Party organizations to ensure that the organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party is on schedule.

Regarding the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the implementation of Conclusion 121-KL/TW, Mr. Le Minh Hung highly appreciated the proactive and positive spirit of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations in taking the lead in streamlining and streamlining the apparatus.

In the coming time, Mr. Hung requested relevant agencies to submit to competent authorities to appoint personnel for Party committees and inspection committees, issue decisions on working regulations according to their authority; Appoint executive committees, standing committees, secretaries, deputy secretaries, inspection committees, chairmen, deputy chairmen, and members of the Party Committee inspection committees for the 2020-2025 term of the subordinate Party Committees...

This work is required by the Politburo to be completed before February 28.

As the next task, Mr. Hung requested a general review of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of affiliated agencies and organizations, especially press agencies, to ensure unified management and effective operations in the direction of maximum streamlining, maintaining only really necessary units, and reporting to the Politburo in the second quarter of 2025.

He also noted the need to study the orientation to continue rearranging socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to be directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (in sync with the current Party organizational structure) and propose policies to amend and supplement relevant legal regulations and Party regulations, and report to the Politburo in the third quarter of 2025.

"Along with the project to reorganize and streamline the organizational apparatus, it is necessary to propose amendments to legal documents, including some very important legal documents, such as the Constitution and related documents," Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized.

There is enough basis to continue to arrange the organization and apparatus.

Referring to Conclusion 126 of the Politburo and Secretariat on some contents of continuing to arrange and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025, the Head of the Central Organization Committee raised the question: "According to Conclusion 126, how will the local government apparatus at the provincial and district levels be? Along with that, how will the socio-political organizations from the central to local levels be rearranged? How will the party organizations be arranged in the future?"

Considering this a very big task and an issue that needs to be studied quickly to report to the Central, Mr. Le Minh Hung affirmed that we have a practical basis, a legal basis, a scientific basis to continue implementing the contents of the organization and apparatus arrangement in a thorough and cautious spirit with new methods and approaches, making stronger breakthroughs and creating consensus from the Central to the local level.

Regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, Mr. Le Minh Hung requested the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations to lead, direct, develop programs and plans to guide and mobilize people to implement the Resolution and promote the role of people in supervising and providing social criticism in implementing the Resolution.

In particular, it is necessary to promote the role of mass organizations in contributing to mechanisms and policies to propose breakthrough solutions in science and technology, digital transformation and innovation.

Regarding the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more, Mr. Le Minh Hung suggested that to achieve this goal, the Party Committee, with its role and function, needs to have specific solutions to mobilize all classes of people and organizations to participate in responding and promoting resources of the private economic sector to promote growth.

Along with that, he emphasized the need to promote waste prevention to contribute to the country's growth target.

Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung requested members of the Inspection Team to conduct inspections in accordance with the Party's principles and regulations and comply with the Inspection Process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; strictly comply with internal rules and regulations, perform well assigned tasks, and ensure the completion of inspections according to plan.
