Accordingly, at lane 250 Phan Trong Tue street, one-way traffic is organized for cars on lane 250 Phan Trong Tue according to the section and direction from Phan Trong Tue, turn right into lane 250 to the newly constructed road (next to the Thanh Liet commune cultural and sports center).
Cars from lane 250 need to go to Van Dien, Ngoc Hoi in the following direction: Move on lane 250 Phan Trong Tue to the intersection with the newly constructed road (next to Thanh Liet commune cultural and sports center), turn left to go to Phan Trong Tue street (next to Tan Phat company).
Vehicles on Phan Trong Tue Street in the direction of Ngoc Hoi, Van Dien need to enter alley 250 Phan Trong Tue in the following direction: Stop at the traffic light, move across To bridge, turn left onto the road along To Lich river to enter alley 250.
At the same time, vehicles from lane 250 Phan Trong Tue who need to go to Ha Dong, Ta Thanh Oai in the following direction: Move to the To Lich riverside road, stop and wait for the traffic light to go to Phan Trong Tue street to go to Ha Dong, Ta Thanh Oai. Revoke the current sign prohibiting cars from turning left from lane 250 to the To Lich riverside road.
On Ta Thanh Oai Street: Adjust the sign prohibiting cars from turning left during morning and afternoon rush hours from Ta Thanh Oai to Phan Trong Tue Street to the prohibition time from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day.
Hanoi Department of Transport requested the Traffic Police Department - City Police, Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate to arrange forces to guide traffic flow for vehicles participating in traffic to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic jams.
