Within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, Dak Lak broke ground on a project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure for an Industrial Park of over 300 hectares in Dak Lak.
On the afternoon of March 10, within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, KDI Group (KDI Holdings) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Phu Xuan Industrial Park (IP) in Ea Drong commune (Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province). Attending the event were Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and leaders of central and local ministries and branches.

Previously, on December 31, 2024, DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company (a member of KDI Group) was honored to receive Decision No. 1708/QD-TTg approving the project investment policy. With an area of 313.03 hectares, Phu Xuan Industrial Park is one of the five key industrial parks of Dak Lak, focusing on attracting businesses in the fields of agricultural production and processing, supporting industries and high technology.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dinh Xuan Dieu, Head of Dak Lak Province Industrial Parks Management Board, said that the operation of Phu Xuan Industrial Park will create a driving force for the socio-economic development of the province, contributing to the goal of 8% growth in 2025 and continuous double-digit growth in the following years, creating many job opportunities and income for people, ensuring social security, contributing to the stability and overall development of the locality.
"This event marks an important step forward in Dak Lak province's industrial development strategy, and affirms KDI Group's commitment to contributing to promoting economic growth in the Central Highlands," Mr. Dieu emphasized.

Mr. Kieu Huu Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KDI Group affirmed: "We are committed to focusing all resources, closely coordinating with local authorities and functional agencies to implement the project on schedule, ensuring quality, and strictly complying with environmental and labor safety criteria."
In addition, KDI Group always aims for sustainable development, focusing on social factors such as creating stable jobs for people, supporting labor training, improving the quality of local human resources, as well as actively participating in community activities and social security.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of Dak Lak People's Committee emphasized: "The project marks a strong shift from raw export to refined export, applying high technology and attracting investment in food processing, with high added value, contributing to promoting economic growth of 8% or more as directed.
I hope that the business community as well as DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company are always ready to accompany and contribute to the overall development of the province so that together with the province, we can continue to accelerate, break through growth, promote infrastructure construction, develop digital economy, green economy, knowledge economy, and creative economy.
From there, it creates conditions for Dak Lak province to join the national development stream, confidently entering the New Era - the Era of prosperity and happiness for the country".
Within the framework of the groundbreaking ceremony, the Dak Lak Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and Dak Lak DPV Joint Stock Company also signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to implement the investment project in Phu Xuan Industrial Park with partners and businesses.
Phu Xuan Industrial Park is assessed to have great potential and will soon become an attractive destination for high-tech, environmentally friendly enterprises, contributing to making Dak Lak an industrial investment attraction center of the Central Highlands region.
