VinFast expands electric car rental service in Da Nang

On March 25, a representative of Green Future (GF) said that this is an essential service for people and tourists in the journey to join hands to create a sustainable green future.

Accordingly, this enterprise will expand its operations to Da Nang after adjusting its business strategy and changing its brand identity, which is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025).

Similar to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, GF will bring to customers in Da Nang services, products and experiences of renting VinFast electric cars and selling used VinFast electric cars.

Specifically, in the field of car rental, GF provides flexible long-term and short-term rental services with modern, high-quality electric vehicles including VinFast VF 3, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8 and VF 9.

Not only do they have reasonable and competitive fees, all GF electric vehicles for rent are free to charge at V-Green public charging stations, and there are no hidden costs during use, helping customers save costs.

GF representative said that all used cars distributed by GF are inspected and evaluated directly at VinFast factory and service workshops with 139 strict criteria. Along with the quality certification from the manufacturer, GF also publicly and transparently discloses the vehicle's operating history before selling it on the market.

Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's son becomes GF's general director

FGF Trading and Service Joint Stock Company has just changed its name to Green Future Trading and Service Joint Stock Company. In addition, the company has increased its capital from VND200 billion to VND900 billion and finally to VND2,000 billion in one month.

At the time of establishment in July 2024, there were three shareholders contributing capital to Green Future, including billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong - chairman of Vingroup - with 90% of shares, equivalent to 180 billion VND.

Mr. Pham Khac Phuong holds 9.9% of the remaining capital, while shareholder Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh owns 0.1%.

In the most recent capital increase, the shareholder structure has not been updated. Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang (born in 2000) is still the general director and legal representative of the enterprise since its establishment.

Mr. Hoang is the second son of Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong. The CEO of Green Future is also the one who recently proposed to runner-up Phuong Nhi earlier this year.
