At the meeting, Delegates shared information about some important infrastructure projects of the province that are calling for investment from ODA capital and non-refundable aid capital, including: The East-West Belt Road Project of Cao Bang City, with a length of about 16.50 km, total investment capital of about 2,000 billion VND; projects connecting with National Highway 3, National Highway 34B; connecting the two expressways Tra Linh (Cao Bang) - Dong Dang (Lang Son) and Cao Bang - Bac Kan currently being deployed and preparing to deploy; connecting with airport planning and logistics planning areas, industrial parks, new urban areas, helping the City increase transportation capacity, promote economic development, attract investment and solve the current traffic congestion problem. The project will create connections with key domestic and foreign traffic routes of the province.

Project to build a drainage and wastewater treatment system in the city, with 4 wastewater treatment stations with a capacity of 500 - 4,000 ^m3 / day and night, with an investment capital of about 2,000 billion VND. The project will reduce environmental pollution, protect water resources, improve people's quality of life, and at the same time support sustainable development for the city. At the same time, it will contribute to completing technical infrastructure, attracting investment, promoting socio-economic development. Road and bridge project connecting Hop Giang - Song Bang wards (City) and the embankment system, traffic routes on the left bank of Bang river with a total investment capital of about 1,000 billion VND. The project will expand urban space, develop land funds in Song Bang ward, creating favorable conditions to attract investors to implement the urban area project of Song Bang ward with a scale of about 50 hectares.

In addition, the province is in need of completing the infrastructure of the border economic zone according to the Master Plan for the construction of the provincial border economic zone to 2040 and the Border Gate Planning on the Vietnam - China land border in the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. Deploying the smart border gate model of Tra Linh (Cao Bang) - Long Bang (China). Investing in completing infrastructure and entertainment services at the Ban Gioc waterfall landscape area (Vietnam) - Duc Thien (China) according to the Agreement signed by the two governments to attract tourists between the two countries and international tourists. Calling on investors to research and invest in eco-tourism and resort tourism services in the Phja Oac - Phja Den area (Nguyen Binh); resort, sports (golf course), entertainment and tourism service complex, with a scale of about 200 - 250 hectares in Dinh Phong commune (Trung Khanh).
