On the afternoon of March 25, the technology car driver exchanged and returned the full amount of money that Ms. D.THY (the person who made the money transfer and whose name is on the account) had mistakenly transferred.
Previously, on the afternoon of March 15, when paying for a ride-hailing ride, Ms. Y. transferred 71 million VND instead of 71,000 VND to the driver. In the evening, when adding up the books, Ms. VTL and Ms. D.THY (who work together) discovered that they had transferred the wrong amount.

Both of them tried to contact the driver in many ways such as bank transfer with message, using technology application to contact... but failed. Therefore, both of them posted on social media saying that they had transferred the wrong money, asking anyone who knew the driver to contact them to resolve the issue. If they could not contact them, they would report to the authorities.

Then, on the afternoon of March 19, the two sides met to discuss, but did not reach an agreement to resolve the matter. The technology driver stated that he had turned off his phone because he was returning home in Dong Nai, resulting in the transferor and the technology application being unable to contact each other.
As of March 20, the two sides have scheduled a meeting on March 25 to resolve the matter.
