In the rice market, it is noted that in localities such as An Giang and Dong Thap, purchasing power is slow, warehouses are buying sparingly, rice prices are stagnant, and there is little quality rice.

For by-products, the price of by-products of all kinds fluctuates between 6,600 - 9,500 VND/kg. Currently, the price of OM 5451 broken rice is at 9,300 - 9,500 VND/kg; the price of dry bran is at 6,600 - 6,700 VND/kg, down 300 - 350 VND/kg.
In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice was at $427/ton; 5% standard rice was at $524/ton; and 25% broken rice was at $495/ton.
