Accordingly, many people said that their accounts were suddenly logged out of the application. Sharing with VietNamNet , Ms. Ha Van in Hoang Mai (Hanoi) said: "When I was accessing Facebook using the application on my phone, a notification appeared asking me to log back into my account. However, after entering my password and doing 2-step authentication, I still could not log back into Facebook."

Similarly, Mr. Duc Thinh, another Facebook user, was also unable to get back into Facebook despite trying everything the platform requested. “ When Facebook suddenly logged out, I logged back in and chose the OTP authentication method, but more than 3 minutes later the security message was still not sent to my phone. Not only Facebook, the Messenger application on my phone also had problems when it automatically logged out of my account ,” Mr. Thinh said.

Not only the mobile application, the same problem also occurred on the web version of the social network Facebook. The problem started at around 10 pm on March 5 and about an hour later it still could not be resolved. According to the website recording the problem DownDetector, the problem related to logging into Facebook is happening to users of this social network around the world. Specifically, there were nearly 360,000 user responses about the Facebook problem on the evening of March 5. Common problems that Facebook users around the world are facing are the error of not being able to log in, problems with the Facebook website and the mobile application.

It is still unclear what problem Facebook is facing. On his personal X (Twitter) page, Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg is trying to reassure users. “ Relax, guys.
