On the morning of January 1, 2025, the Quang Binh Provincial Tourism Information and Promotion Center also organized a reception for a group of 80 guests (including 4 international guests from Taiwan and Korea) to travel to Quang Binh by air on flight number VN1404 from Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of January 1, 2025, Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park (PNKB) welcomed the first 68 visitors to the world natural heritage site in the new year 2025. This event is an opportunity to show hospitality, create a friendly environment, an attractive and safe destination for domestic and international tourists when coming to Phong Nha - Ke Bang.

In the group of visitors to PNKB National Park, there are 36 international guests from Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom and 32 domestic guests from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Quang Ninh... who will visit the connecting route "Phong Nha Cave - Chay River, Dark Cave" by river.

According to the report of the Department of Tourism of Quang Binh province, in 2024, the total number of tourists to Quang Binh will be about 5.2 million, an increase of 15.3% compared to 2023 and reaching 104% of the plan for 2024. Of which, international visitors are estimated at 146,100, an increase of 23.8% compared to 2023. Total revenue from tourists is estimated at about 5,980 billion VND, an increase of 17.3% compared to 2023 and reaching 118% compared to the plan for 2024. It is expected that in 2025, Quang Binh Tourism will welcome about 5.5 million visitors, including more than 160,000 international visitors.
