At the meeting, Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa, Chairman of the National Startup Association, thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome to the delegation, and said that the entrepreneurial spirit in Vietnam is spreading strongly, not only among young people but also attracting people with a lot of experience in other fields. Startups have become an indispensable part of life, from urban to rural areas. The National Startup Association has organized many important programs such as the National Startup Forum, the Industrial Congress on Aesthetics, Tourism and Agriculture, to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and support businesses to develop sustainably. Although the economy is facing many challenges, these difficulties are strong motivations to help young entrepreneurs rise up.

The National Startup Association also wishes to organize large-scale annual forums to promote international integration. The 6th National Innovative Startup Forum in Binh Dinh 2025 is a clear demonstration of this commitment. The specific action programs of the National Startup Association will promote trade promotion programs, connecting manufacturers with consumers, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to exchange, learn and share with each other in the fields of investment and business.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that Binh Dinh province is not only a land rich in cultural and historical traditions, but also a new destination for science, technology and innovative startups. In recent years, Binh Dinh has emerged as one of the localities attracting strong investment, especially in the fields of high technology, artificial intelligence (AI), logistics and manufacturing and processing industry. Binh Dinh is known as a leading locality in building a scientific urban area, a destination for many famous scientists in the world and in the country.

With that viewpoint, Binh Dinh identifies: Science - technology, innovation and digital economy are important pillars to promote growth model transformation, improve productivity and competitiveness of the province in the present and future. The province also identifies that digital economy will be a new growth driver for the province; science - technology and innovation are the leading important solutions to improve productivity, quality and efficiency, which are prerequisites for sustainable development.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Conference and the 6th National Innovative Startup Forum in 2025 in Binh Dinh are valuable opportunities for domestic and international managers, experts, and businesses to exchange, share experiences and propose solutions to improve innovation capacity in businesses; contribute to changing perceptions, shaping thinking, inspiring, creating motivation to innovate production, business and corporate governance models in the digital age; connecting domestic and foreign resources to support businesses in successful digital transformation; creating specific initiatives to promote new business models, new markets, and new solutions from businesses themselves.
