On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025), on March 26, the Da Nang City People's Committee organized the exhibition "Da Nang - Development and Integration".

The exhibition aims to showcase the potential, strengths, and achievements in socio-economic development, national defense, and security of the city to the people, investment partners, and domestic and foreign businesses, in order to maximize the development potential of Da Nang city for the entire region and the country; it is also an opportunity to promote Vietnamese brands and Da Nang brands, creating demand in trade, tourism , and investment promotion activities.

This event commends the dynamism and creativity of various sectors, levels, and businesses in the process of regional and international economic integration in the city's construction and development, demonstrating Da Nang's central role in many aspects for Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. Through this, it aims to educate and instill pride in the city's residents, and inspire resources from the entire society to contribute to the sustainable development and successful integration of Da Nang.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that over the past 50 years, Da Nang city has overcome many difficulties and challenges, and has developed strongly. From a small city, Da Nang has become one of the leading economic, cultural, social and tourism centers of Vietnam.

"The exhibition is an opportunity for us to reflect on the glorious traditions and be proud of the achievements that the Party Committee, government, and people of the city have built with unwavering will, intelligence, creativity, and unity. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to affirm Da Nang's position as the economic, cultural, social, and tourism center of the Central and Central Highlands regions on its journey of development and international integration," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi.

Taking place from March 26-30 at the Tien Son Sports Complex, the exhibition "Da Nang - Development and Integration" presents a comprehensive overview of Da Nang's journey of construction and development over the past 50 years. With a total area of ​​over 10,800 m², it is designed into three main areas: Firstly, the exhibition area on Party building and achievements in the city's socio-economic fields, which recreates the process of Party building, government building, the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations; showcasing achievements in science and technology, industry and trade, tourism, culture, information, sports, health, social welfare, agriculture and environmental resources, construction and urban infrastructure, education and training, maritime sovereignty, foreign relations and international integration.

Secondly, the National Defense and Security Zone displays military equipment and weapons related to the city's defense and security.

Thirdly, the Business Exhibition Area comprises 130 representative booths, showcasing the innovative spirit of the business community in the fields of science, high technology, industry, infrastructure, finance, tourism, services, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries...

The exhibition showcases the development achievements of various sectors and fields in the construction and development of Da Nang city, as well as future directions. The overall exhibition area is planned to be over 10,800 m2.

The exhibition area showcases the achievements of businesses with nearly 130 booths. Vingroup's booth displays and offers test drives of all the VinFast smart electric car models that are currently creating a buzz in the market, including VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9.

The Defense and Security Exhibition Block, organized by the City Military Command, the City Police Department, and the City Border Guard Command of Da Nang, displays military equipment and exhibits related to the city's defense and security.

Many modern devices are making their first public appearance in Da Nang.

The exhibition will take place from March 26-30 at Tien Son Sports Complex, Phan Dang Luu Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
