The emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021 - 2025 is increasingly spreading, creating momentum in building new rural areas in Loc Ha (Ha Tinh).

Thach Chau commune has always been the leading locality in Loc Ha district in the movement to build new rural areas. Over the past two years, the entire political system and the people in the area have enthusiastically participated in focusing on completing infrastructure, developing production, and increasing income (currently the average income per capita reaches over 53 million VND/year).
Thach Chau residents responded to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021 - 2025 by building model gardens.
Chairman of Thach Chau Commune People's Committee Le Van Thong said: "Over the past two years, Thach Chau has mobilized 87 billion VND to upgrade and complete the criteria towards a model new-style rural commune, of which the commune budget and people contributed more than 66 billion VND.
Currently, we have completed the construction of 11/11 model villages, 1 smart village; the fields of culture, health, education have developed comprehensively; political security, social order and safety have been maintained, the political system is strong; the village spirit is tightened, democracy is promoted... The commune and district are completing the dossier to request the province to consider recognizing the commune as meeting the model new-style rural standards.
People of Ho Do commune broke down fences and donated land to open roads to move the commune towards meeting advanced NTM standards.
Responding to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021 - 2025, localities in Loc Ha have implemented flexible and appropriate tasks. Typical in implementing the movement are the communes: Thach Chau (completed 100% of the criteria for a model new rural commune); Mai Phu (achieved 90% of the criteria for a model new rural commune); Ho Do, Thinh Loc, Hong Loc, Tan Loc (achieved 70 - 85% of the criteria for a commune meeting advanced new rural standards)...

To spread the movement, the Fatherland Front and local organizations have also actively participated in mobilizing union members, association members, and people from all walks of life to respond by concretizing them into movements and actions with their own unique characteristics.

Mr. Phan Ba Ninh - an officer of the Office of New Rural Areas in Loc Ha district informed: "Implementing the movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021 - 2025, Loc Ha has focused on overcoming difficulties, strengthening leadership, direction and building, promulgating mechanisms and policies to implement the task of building new rural areas appropriately and effectively. All localities, departments, branches and organizations have responded positively with specific and clear actions, projects and tasks, thereby creating the premise and motivation to spread the movement more widely in the coming period".
Mr. Phan Ba Ninh added: In the past 2 years, the whole district has developed 18 new production models, built 17 more model residential areas, 79 model gardens, added 3 3-star OCOP products, all commune-level criteria have been upgraded, 9/9 district-level criteria have been completed. The area has also mobilized hundreds of billions of VND to build 73 km of rural roads, 30 km of drainage ditches and intra-field canals, 37 km of flower beds, 22 km of open fences; built 4 new transformer stations and 14 km of power lines; upgraded 15 schools, 2 commune cultural houses, 16 village cultural houses, 16 village sports areas; eliminated 193 dilapidated houses, built 816 new standard houses...
