"Youth Incubator" model of communes and towns
The total number of trees planted in the “Youth Nursery” models of communes and towns is about 100 trees, with an estimated value of 15 million VND. The seedlings in the model, after development, are provided for planting along flower roads, green fences or anti-erosion trees along rivers, contributing to creating a fresh living space for local people.
During the implementation process, Youth Union members in communes will take turns to monitor and care for the growth of seedlings, actively mobilize the community to participate in supporting investment in seedlings, materials, and fertilizers. For the trees to grow healthily, the Youth Union members of communes will closely coordinate with the district's specialized departments to organize many sessions to guide the process and techniques of planting and caring for trees as well as managing and operating the nursery, ensuring that the requirements of quality, technique, and efficiency are met. With the initial success, Tam Nong District Youth Union will continue to maintain and expand the model to join hands in beautifying the roads in the area.

Ms. Phan Thi Kim Hoa - Secretary of Tam Nong District Youth Union said: "In order to promote the role of the Youth Union in creating a green, clean and beautiful landscape for the homeland, deeply aware that each tree planted is a priceless gift sent to future generations, from the beginning of 2025, we have coordinated with 12 Youth Union bases in communes and towns in the district to deploy the Youth Nursery model, choosing Huong Non commune as a pilot. Up to now, there have been 1,250 nursery pots, with a total economic value of nearly 52 million VND, incubated at 12 commune and town bases".
