The district also proposed many solutions to overcome difficulties in information infrastructure to make breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in the area. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee led and directed the synchronous and drastic implementation; effectively integrated the capital sources of the 3 National Target Programs and other project programs in the area; promoted the effective implementation of credit policies for investment in agriculture and rural areas; continued to implement the roadmap to raise the criteria for new rural communes according to plan.

Speaking at the working session, Colonel Lai Tien Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command , highly appreciated the results that Quan Ba district has achieved in implementing the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and the Provincial Party Committee . He requested the District Party Committee to urgently and resolutely propose measures to overcome limitations and shortcomings, promote advantages, continue to focus on effective leadership and direction in implementing the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central, ensure synchronous implementation of solutions, and complete well the goals and tasks.
