From 8am, the area where the concert Anh trai vu ngan cong gai was taking place was crowded with audiences. As the afternoon went on, the crowd of people pouring into the event venue grew larger and larger.

Before the third concert night took place, many activities were held to "warm up" the atmosphere, attracting a large number of fans of all ages such as the Hundred Flowers Parade, activities at the booth area to support the talents, the Vietnamese Costume Exhibition...

Variety of traditional costumes at the concert "Brother overcomes thousands of obstacles"

Notably, on the morning of March 22, most fans wore Vietnamese costumes following the call of the organizers. This is a way to express enthusiastic support for the program, while honoring and preserving traditional cultural values, affirming national pride.

Besides familiar traditional costumes such as ao dai, ao tac, tu than, and ba ba, many audiences also proudly wore typical costumes of 54 ethnic groups, creating an impressive, colorful cultural picture.

Coming to the concert 3 Brothers overcoming thousands of obstacles , Thu Tra (20 years old, Cao Bang) proudly wore the traditional costume of the Tay ethnic group with indigo-dyed shirt, silver jewelry and plain necklace.

According to Thu Tra, this is the type of costume worn by the Tay people during festivals or worship ceremonies, which is formal.

"I am very proud of my homeland and the culture of my people. As a Tay, I hope that this occasion will be an opportunity to introduce the unique traditional cultural values of the Tay people to more people," Thu Tra shared.

Not only wearing traditional styles, many skillful young people also add creative touches to make their outfits more unique by combining many different types of accessories.

Standing among thousands of people at the Vietnamese Costume Exhibition Area, Ms. Bich (Binh Tan District) attracted all eyes with her conical hat with a colorful flower garden.

Because she is a crafts enthusiast and skillful, Ms. Bich only took about 10 days to complete the hat. Notably, she also attached the program's logo on the outside to confirm that she is a true "Gai con".

Besides Vietnamese fans, many international "Gai con" also joined in.

Many of you took the earliest flights from the US, Australia, Japan, Korea... to Vietnam, immersing yourself in the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the concert night of 3 Brothers Overcoming Thousands of Thorns.

Sharing with Tuoi Tre Online , Lorraine Khanh Linh (28 years old, USA) said she returned to Vietnam on the 19th to attend the program.

Khanh Linh chose Vien Linh shirt because she liked the pattern, design and meaning of the outfit.

"For me, Brother Overcoming Thousands of Challenges is a very special program.

The program brings international kids like me back to Vietnam more than we ever did.

Not only does the program have entertainment value, it also has many cultural meanings, awakening the cultural identity hidden deep in our blood" - Lorraine Khanh Linh confided.

"Young people love traditional Vietnamese values"

As a "hardcore fan" of the show Anh trai vu ngan cong gai, YouTuber/TikToker Duy Tham also came to check-in in line early in the morning. He said he was very impressed to witness the event with such a large number of people wearing Vietnamese costumes.

"Right now, I feel very impressed and quite emotional. It can be said that Vietnamese costumes were born for Vietnamese people. Today, everyone is shining, making it difficult for many people to take their eyes off.

As a young person, I am happy that all young people are working together to promote the spirit of preserving and developing culture. It can be affirmed that: Young people love traditional Vietnamese values" - Duy Tham said.

As for Huynh Chau (Hanoi), the concert 3 Brothers overcoming thousands of obstacles is an opportunity for the audience to gather and wear costumes that are both traditional and their favorite.

According to her, all of this inspiration partly comes from the program: "For example, in performance 4, the talented performers used songs and wore traditional costumes from different periods and regions. That is truly a great source of inspiration for today's youth."

Regarding the reason for choosing Nhat Binh shirt, Quynh Chau said that she was very impressed with Hue royal court. In addition, Nhat Binh pink is also "ton sur ton" with Nha Tre - her bias (most favorite member).

"My group members helped me to renovate this Nhat Binh outfit to make it more "upgraded", matching the color scheme of Nha Tre, and also "catching the trend" of Ms. Hoa Minzy. The weather in Ho Chi Minh City is hot, but thanks to the loose fit, I feel quite cool when wearing this outfit" - she said with a smile.
