According to Mr. Vu Duc Nhuan - Vice Chairman of Di Linh District People's Committee, to develop community tourism, we must make tourists feel like "coming home"; at the same time, we must aim for creative thinking to come up with new ideas suitable to local reality. Therefore, in community tourism, we need to promote the skills and personalities of individuals, especially the indigenous people. From there, we must orient them to play the role of the mainstay human resources in the tourism development of that community.
Recently, the People's Committee of Di Linh district organized a training conference on knowledge and skills for developing community tourism for more than 70 trainees who are cultural officials of communes and towns; artisans; households with the need to implement community tourism models; community tourism service providers... Trainees were equipped with knowledge and skills related to community tourism; building tourism products based on indigenous livelihood culture; setting up community tourism models from the community's internal strength.
