1. For administrative procedures and online public services under the jurisdiction of the provincial police and commune-level People's Committees: Continue to implement in accordance with current legal regulations.

2. For administrative procedures and online public services under the jurisdiction of district-level police, they are transferred to provincial-level police, including 9 sets of administrative procedures in the fields of fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue:

(1) Approve the facility's fire prevention plan;

(2) Restoring operations of facilities, motor vehicles, households and individuals;

(3) Granting certificates of training in rescue and first aid;

(4) Re-issuance of certificates of training in rescue and first aid;

(5) Granting of certificates of training in fire prevention and fighting;

(6) Re-issuance of fire prevention and fighting training certificate;

(7) Granting licenses to transport dangerous goods in terms of fire and explosion of types 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9 by road motor vehicles and on inland waterways (except industrial explosives);

(8) Re-issuance of license to transport dangerous goods in terms of fire and explosion of type 1, type 2, type 3, type 4 and type 9 by road motor vehicles, on inland waterways (except industrial explosives);

(9) Granting licenses for transporting dangerous goods in terms of fire and explosion by railway (except industrial explosives);

Kien Giang Provincial Police Department informs organizations, businesses and people to know and submit documents in the field of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue on the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal when needed; at the address http://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn , specifically as follows:

* Login account

- Step 1: Access the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal at ( https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn ); on the homepage, select [Login].

- Step 2: At the "Login" page interface, select the login method as "Electronic identification account issued by the Ministry of Public Security for citizens" if the profile owner is a citizen, select the login method as "Account issued by the National Public Service Portal for enterprises/organizations" if the profile owner is an enterprise or organization.

* SUBMIT APPLICATION DIRECTLY ON THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY'S PUBLIC SERVICE PORTAL

- Step 1: Select “Apply online”.

- Step 2: In the administrative procedure field: select the fire prevention and fighting field and press search.

- Step 3: Select the administrative procedure to submit the application.

- Step 4: Click “Submit application”.

- Step 5: Select the resolving agency and the resolving case. Then click agree and continue.

- Step 6: Fill in the information, detailed address of the person, agency, and address to receive the results and then click "Agree and continue".

- Step 7: Select the file to submit and upload it to the items in the profile components. Then click "Agree and continue" (note to upload all components of each procedure according to regulations).

- Step 8: View the application information and then click “Agree and continue”.

- Step 9: Review the profile information and fill in the confirmation code, check the box "I am legally responsible for the above statement".

- Step 10: Click to submit the application and track the results of administrative procedure settlement.
