The previous class recognized, emotions surged, and were disturbed. In this class, we need to control our emotions more and initially analyze and understand the healthy cultural environment of the school in depth. The last layer is the "underground part", difficult to see but determines the entire surface part, which is the value standards of a school's cultural environment: values ​​(truth, goodness, beauty), beliefs, expectations, awareness; relationships, school space and organization of the school's curriculum. The signs to be recognized in this last layer are through the attitude and responsibility for the school's development; leadership style; the level of professionalism in implementing educational activities of school members; "saying goes with doing", not because of the disease of virtual achievements. Determine the vision that the school needs to implement, be able to do in the medium and long term and a detailed and feasible THHP development plan. Therefore, it takes time to research, learn, interview teachers and students to accurately identify a very "real" and sustainable way of THHP.
