List of public career services using state budget in the field of Information and Communication

Kinhtedothi - Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision 469/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2025 promulgating the List of public career services using the state budget in the field of information and communications.

Accordingly, regarding press, media, publishing, and grassroots information, there are 2 press services; 1 publishing service; 3 grassroots information services; 3 foreign information services; in addition, there is a service to measure the level of access and use of information by audiences and the public to evaluate the effectiveness of information and propaganda content serving political tasks, security - defense, foreign information and socio-economic development.

The telecommunications and internet sector has 4 services: 1- Service of measuring and testing the quality of telecommunications services (according to quality standards) serving state management; 2- Service of measuring and testing products and goods that are potentially unsafe in the information and communications sector; 3- Service of collecting and processing professional data serving the supervision and regulation of the telecommunications market; 4- Service of measuring and testing the technical quality of transmission and broadcasting of radio and television programs for radio and television channels.

Regarding information technology, there are 4 services in the field of information technology application and digital transformation; 1 service in the field of information technology and communications industry; 8 services in the field of information security.

The above Decision takes effect from February 28, 2025, replacing Decision No. 1265/QD-TTg dated August 18, 2020 of the Prime Minister promulgating the List of public career services using the state budget in the field of information and communications.

The provision of public career products and services using the state budget in the field of information and communications according to the List issued with this Decision shall comply with the provisions of Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government regulating the assignment, ordering or bidding for the provision of public products and services using the state budget from regular funding sources; Decree No. 60/2021/ND-CP dated June 21, 2021 of the Government regulating the financial autonomy mechanism of public career units and relevant legal provisions.
