Mr. Nguyen Sy Truong also presented 7 proposed contents of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City; in which, he requested the National Assembly to study and synthesize people's opinions on the draft Land Law (amended), respond to the contents and opinions that were not accepted so that people can understand and soon promulgate this important law.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Dinh Tien Dung requested that the city's agencies continue to implement the Coordination Regulations well, creating the most favorable conditions for the National Assembly deputies in the Delegation to operate according to their duties and powers.
The National Assembly delegates in the delegation continue to pay attention to, monitor, and grasp the city's activities, the city's policies and leadership to have more practical information about the locality in the National Assembly's parliamentary activities, continue to pay attention, strengthen supervision and accompany the city in implementing upcoming tasks and major policies.
The Standing Committee of the City People's Council, the City People's Committee, the City Fatherland Front Committee and departments and branches should absorb the opinions of the National Assembly deputies to more drastically implement the issues that the deputies are concerned about. The City People's Committee, all levels and branches of the city must focus on directing the immediate overcoming of the limitations and weaknesses mentioned in the opinions and recommendations of the monitoring delegations to develop the socio-economic development to achieve the highest growth rate, creating a clearer change in the direction and organization of the implementation of the political tasks of the Capital.
At the same time, the city requires all levels and sectors to continue promoting administrative reform; disbursing public investment capital; removing procedures for investors, speeding up the licensing and implementation of projects; drastically implementing solutions to clear land for project implementation, especially key projects, large, important, essential works with widespread impact; speeding up the implementation of handling projects using land that are behind schedule in the area.
The 5th session of the 15th National Assembly is expected to take place over 23 days, divided into 2 phases (phase 1 from May 22 to June 10, 2023; phase 2 from June 19 to June 24, 2023) with 18 sessions broadcast live, 8 group discussions, and 26 discussions in the hall. The National Assembly will consider and pass 8 draft laws and 2 draft resolutions; consider and comment on 8 draft laws; consider personnel work and consider and decide on a number of other important issues of the country... At the same time, the National Assembly will conduct questions and answers for 2.5 days.
