(CLO) The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh has just issued Document No. 406/SVHTTDL-QLDL to implement a tourism stimulus program in 2025 in the province.
Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh requested units under the Department, according to their functions and tasks, to advise on integrating and coordinating the organization of cultural, sports and tourism activities to create a series of events to diversify products to attract tourists, creating highlights to promote the image of the province.

In particular, the Museum and Tourism Promotion Department effectively implemented the "Tourism Promotion Program 2025" including 15 activities approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1616/QD-UBND dated December 4, 2024. At the same time, continue to coordinate with Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater to promote and introduce tourist destinations, products and services to serve tourists, strengthen tourism development linkages on the basis of promoting cultural identity, historical traditions, and characteristics of the land and people of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac.
Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater continues to organize traditional folk art performances at tourist attractions and regular Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song singing programs on boats.
The Department of Culture and Information of districts, towns and cities shall strengthen monitoring, urging and guiding tourism businesses in the area to advise on solutions to attract international tourists to the area. Strengthen the management of destinations, ensure security and safety, product and service quality for tourists; regularly guide tourism service businesses to strictly comply with regulations on registration, listing and selling at the correct listed price; inspect and control the service quality of tourism businesses in the area. Advise the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct the organization of cultural and artistic events, spring festivals, especially major festivals at the beginning of the year under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee to create highlights to attract tourists.
Bac Ninh Tourism Association responded to the tourism stimulus program in 2025 with the message "Vietnam - go to love" to mobilize and encourage tourism businesses in the area to participate in the program, guide and urge businesses to seriously implement service quality assurance when participating in the stimulus program and update information to tourism businesses. At the same time, increase the experience for tourists through rich, diverse, quality tourism programs, promotional forms of 20-30% of services: Accommodation, tours, passenger transportation and cuisine... through direct and online forms.
Tourist attractions and tourism businesses should improve the landscape and environment, and arrange services. Provide widespread information about operating hours, tourism products and services, especially during cultural and artistic events, festivals, and holidays. Measures should be taken to ensure security and safety; social order; fire and explosion prevention; a clean environment; and implementation of civilized codes of conduct in tourism activities to meet the needs of the people and tourists.
Accommodation establishments must prepare adequate technical facilities, plans for organizing activities to serve tourists, arrange sufficient staff and be ready to serve tourists. At the same time, strictly implement the stabilization of service prices; clearly inform tourists about the promotional programs of the units participating in the tourism stimulus activities in 2025.
Travel agencies build attractive stimulus packages in terms of price, promotion, and program diversity, ensuring quality, reputation, and brand. In particular, international travel agencies register and organize tourism programs according to the guidance of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
Organizing tourism programs to ensure quality and efficiency; coordinating with airlines, hotels, tourist attractions, and other service providers to offer preferential packages for international tourists. Informing and promoting visa exemption conditions and incentives to international tourists through the business's direct sales channels and partner network.
