There are places that return to work at 99%
Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online on the afternoon of February 3, Mr. Tran Van Hieu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Bac Ninh Province (about 181,000 union members) - said that through quick statistics, almost all workers have returned to work. A few units have achieved a rate of 95 - 99%.
"Some units organize work during Tet so the above workers will have the first days off, resulting in a low first day of work rate," he shared.

According to Mr. Thai, through quick statistics, about 95% of workers in industrial parks have gone to work, 98% of businesses have opened for spring.
"Usually on the first day back to work after Tet, the rate of workers going to work is about 95%, a few days later it will be basically full. Preliminary, the recruitment demand in early spring 2025 at businesses is more than 4,000 people," he said.
Mr. Ha Minh Vi - permanent vice chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Bac Giang province (about 212,000 workers) - said that basically businesses have returned to production from today.

“According to a quick report from grassroots unions on the morning of February 3, the number of employees returning to work in businesses reached 90-100%,” he said.
According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province, all 6 industrial parks in the province with 16 enterprises and over 7,000 workers registered to work during the Lunar New Year 2025.

Workers return to work on union buses
In the capital, Mr. Pham Quang Thanh - Chairman of the Hanoi Labor Federation - expressed through reports from trade unions at all levels, on the first day back to work, nearly 92% of businesses in the city resumed production and about 96% of workers returned to work as planned.
“In Hanoi's industrial and export processing zones, about 97% of enterprises started production on the first day back to work with about 96% of the total workforce.
