Novaland Chairman pledges to soon compensate customers and partners for losses
Novaland Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon said he fully understands the pressure, anxiety, and pain that customers and partners have experienced. He pledged to make continuous efforts to compensate and overcome these losses.
In the message sent to customers and partners on the occasion of On the 32nd birthday of Novaland Group (September 18, 2024), Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novaland Group , said that from the very first days of Thanh Nhon Company Limited - the predecessor of Novaland Group, the company has contributed to the development of the country through a joint venture with a Philippine enterprise to establish the Bio Pharmachemie veterinary medicine factory.
This not only helps to convert imports to exports, but also brings valuable foreign currency to the country.
In the 90s, Novaland was one of the pioneering enterprises in meeting a very new demand, building villas in Thao Dien (Thu Duc City), serving foreigners coming to work in Ho Chi Minh City. And that was also the generation of experts, diplomats, and the first foreign investors to come to Ho Chi Minh City and to Vietnam in the early stages of the country's renovation.

Continuing to develop strongly in the real estate sector, Novaland invested in building a series of projects such as: Sunrise City, The Prince Residence, Lexington Residence, LakeView City, The Sun Avenue... and followed by large urban areas such as: Aqua City, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram...
The commitment of enterprises to new lands, facing risks, has brought real values to the locality and people in difficult areas. These projects not only change the face of the land, but also improve the lives of local people, create hundreds of thousands of jobs and contribute significantly to the national budget.
According to Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, epidemics, inflation, economic recession, legal problems of projects over time... like a storm, the Novaland ship is rocked by the rough waves. There are too many losses but the biggest loss is the trust of customers, something that Novaland Group has always maintained for more than 30 years.
The sympathy, trust and sharing of the majority of customers, the community, partners, shareholders and the close guidance of the Government to remove difficulties and support businesses are the most valuable things that help Novaland have enough confidence to overcome the storm. We are grateful and vow not to disappoint this trust and sharing. 
There will be mistakes in everything we do, the important thing is to know how to correct them to move forward. Novaland is always deeply aware of its responsibility and strives to overcome difficulties, fully fulfill its commitments to customers, partners, shareholders, investors and aspires to continue the journey so that the green Rubik's cube continues to light up all provinces and cities.
