Conference to study and disseminate Resolutions, Conclusions, Regulations of the Central Committee and Resolutions and Action Programs of the Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of March 11, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held a conference to study and disseminate the resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee and the Resolutions and Action Programs of the Provincial Party Committee. Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, and provincial-level mass organizations.

Accordingly, the Conference was held in a combination of direct and online formats to 62 district and commune-level bridges with 1,789 delegates attending. At the Conference, delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminate Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Conclusion 125-KL/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Secretariat on strengthening the implementation of Directive 25-CT/TW dated August 8, 2018 of the Secretariat on promoting and elevating multilateral diplomacy to 2030.

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, thoroughly grasped the Action Program No. 321-CTr/TU dated February 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on the Project to supplement socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more; Resolution No. 34-NQ/TU dated February 27, 2025 of the 14th Provincial Party Executive Committee on strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees in implementing the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant Project.

Comrade Lam Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system; Notice No. 75-TB/TW dated March 7, 2025 of the Politburo on adjusting the scope and subjects of application of policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the apparatus of the political system; Conclusion No. 128-KL/TW dated March 7, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy on personnel work.

Also at the Conference, delegates heard comrade Ngo Thi Bich Thao, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, disseminate Regulation No. 264-QD/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Regulation No. 69-QD/TW dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplining party organizations and party members who violate the law.

Through the conference, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the Resolutions, Conclusions, Regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Resolutions and Action Programs of the Provincial Party Committee are raised, contributing to creating a unified awareness within the Party and consensus in society on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, thereby organizing dissemination, propaganda and implementation in a specific, practical and effective manner; associated with the successful implementation of political goals and tasks in the coming time./.
