Close-up of the 100 billion VND bridge in Quang Nam "standing still" after many years of construction

After many years of construction, the DH7 road and bridge project across Vinh Dien river with a total investment of 228 billion VND in Dien Ngoc ward, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province is still in disarray.

Regarding the slow-progressing traffic projects and works in Dien Ban town, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet has just issued a conclusion directing the removal of obstacles to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Nam province and the 23rd Provincial Party Congress.

Specifically, Dien Ban Town People's Committee worked with the investor, requesting the contractor of the Northern Belt Road Project of Quang Nam Province to have a plan to mobilize raw materials for construction. Timely have land to fill the project, agree on the policy of taking land from Hoc Tra mine (Duy Xuyen district) or other suitable mines in the area.

Relevant departments and branches urgently guide, complete and approve related documents according to regulations for implementation. Commit to ensuring conditions for technical traffic opening of Quang Da bridge before March 27, 2025.

Regarding the DH7 road and bridge project across Vinh Dien river, the Provincial People's Committee considers extending the project implementation schedule to have a basis for continued implementation; researches and considers allocating investment capital for the section through the new residential area 2A (phase 2) of about 660m according to the proposal of Dien Ban town to promote the effectiveness of the project and works.

Directing the final resolution of problems related to the new residential area project 2A, Dien Ngoc ward, Dien Ban town in accordance with Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly issued on November 30, 2024.
