On April 4, a representative of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee said that the locality had decided to allocate land without collecting land use fees to the Binh Duong Provincial Police to implement the investment project to build 3 headquarters including the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police; the Department of Traffic Police and the Department of Mobile Police.
The land is granted at plot number 875, map sheet number 212; plot number 471, map sheet number 28 and plot number 74, map sheet number 3427 in Dinh Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. The total land area is nearly 3.8 hectares.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be responsible for issuing certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land to the Provincial Police according to regulations.
Propose the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to correct land records, determine specific boundaries and hand over land on the field.
For Binh Duong Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Committee requests to fulfill financial obligations and contact Dinh Hoa Ward People's Committee to register land changes according to regulations.

The old headquarters locations are currently in operation: Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Binh Duong Provincial Police at D8 Street, Chanh Nghia Ward, Thu Dau Mot City; Department of Traffic Police at Yersin Street, Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City; Department of Mobile Police at Tan Dinh Ward, Ben Cat Town.
According to the reporter, the old headquarters locations of the above units are densely populated areas with narrow roads, affecting people's travel. Therefore, building new headquarters elsewhere not only meets the professional working conditions of the units, but also facilitates people's work contacts.
