On March 28, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice held a conference on inspection, supervision, examination and enforcement of civil judgments in accordance with regulations No. 131-QD/TW and 132-QD/TW of the Politburo. Comrade Le Thanh Long, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of Justice chaired the conference.

The Conference was co-chaired by Comrade Nguyen Khanh Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Justice; Comrade Dang Hoang Oanh, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Minister of Justice. Also attending were Deputy Ministers, members of the Party Committee: Tran Tien Dung, Mai Luong Khoi, Nguyen Thanh Tinh; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice, comrades in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Secretaries of Party Committees, Heads of units under the Ministry, comrades in the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry. Comrade Nguyen Khanh Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Justice delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

In his opening speech, Comrade Nguyen Khanh Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Justice, stated: 2024 is the fourth year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; our Party continues to promote the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity, waste, and group interests; tighten discipline, order, and strengthen inspection, supervision, and control of power throughout the entire political system. It can be seen that the Party's inspection, supervision, and discipline work has received special attention and has been organized and implemented synchronously with high determination. The Politburo and the Secretariat continue to pay attention to issuing many important documents on inspection, supervision and party discipline, especially Regulation No. 131-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in inspection, supervision, party discipline enforcement and in inspection and auditing activities and Regulation No. 132-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities. “ In that context, the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Justice organized today's Conference which is very important, demonstrating the seriousness and high determination of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Justice in controlling power, preventing corruption, negativity, respecting discipline and order in the organization and operation of the Ministry of Justice, contributing to the overall success of the Party and the entire political system in implementing the two new Regulations of the Politburo” , said the Deputy Minister. Comrade Nguyen Van Truong, Director of the Department of General Research, Central Internal Affairs Commission, thoroughly grasped Regulation No. 132-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023 on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of sentences.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the Reporters disseminate the contents of Regulation No. 131, Regulation No. 132 and a number of presentations on the results and situation of Party inspection and supervision at the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice and inspection work in a number of important areas of the Ministry and the Justice sector (inspection, civil judgment enforcement, inspection of legal documents, judicial support).

In his concluding remarks, Minister Le Thanh Long emphasized that Regulation No. 131 and Regulation No. 132 of the Politburo are two very important documents with a wide scope, covering almost all areas of operation of the Ministry of Justice. From there, the units continue to study in appropriate forms, do a good job of institutionalizing the Party's regulations and properly perform their responsibilities and tasks as subjects and subjects in inspection, examination, and supervision activities. The Minister also requested the units to urgently develop a Plan under the direction of the Party Executive Committee and the Party Committee of the Ministry to ensure consistency and unity to continue to effectively implement it throughout the Ministry and the Judiciary sector.
