Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to advise on land acquisition and development of specific land prices, and calculation of compensation when the State acquires land to carry out compensation, support and resettlement according to authority and regulations. The time to complete the development of land price lists and calculation of compensation is in March 2025.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Branch of the City Land Registration Office to advise the City People's Committee on surveying and mapping to serve land recovery and site clearance compensation when the State recovers land according to regulations. Completion date is before March 5, 2025.

Bao Loc City People's Committee assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the City Land Registration Office Branch and the People's Committees of wards and communes to review cases within the scope of land recovery that are subject to resettlement according to regulations. From there, the report proposes a resettlement plan for land users in the above subjects to ensure compliance with regulations before March 5, 2025.
Bao Loc City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Finance and Planning, Urban Management, City Construction Investment Project Management Board, People's Committees of Dam Bri, Loc Thanh communes and Loc Phat ward (localities with expressways passing through) based on their assigned functions and tasks, to study legal regulations and instructions from superiors to focus on implementing tasks related to compensation, support, resettlement and land acquisition. From there, prepare sufficient resources, develop a plan, a roadmap for each specific step, report, advise and propose to the City People's Committee to organize the task of compensation and site clearance to ensure proper implementation of the set procedures and plans.
In case of difficulties or problems, promptly report to Bao Loc City People's Committee for resolution or summarize and report to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches for direction and resolution according to regulations.
