Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh concluded: President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is a project of special political and cultural significance to the revolutionary cause of the Party, State and people; a sacred image, a unique symbol, a place where the ideological, moral and stylistic values ​​of President Ho Chi Minh as well as the traditional cultural, historical and heroic values ​​of the Vietnamese people converge and spread; a place where the sentiments and beliefs of compatriots and soldiers nationwide converge, and has practical value in educating morality and lifestyle for every Vietnamese citizen.

The Prime Minister requested that in the coming time, the Mausoleum Management Board continue to advise and report to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to direct the development and completion of institutions, mechanisms and policies on the management and protection of the Mausoleum and related works; especially the task of long-term preservation and absolute safety protection of President Ho Chi Minh's body.

Effectively implement propaganda and education work to raise awareness more deeply, comprehensively and comprehensively about the value and significance of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum in the overall Ba Dinh Historical-Cultural Relic Complex, more suitable to the current economic conditions and circumstances of the country.

Organize space and activities in the sacred area, especially the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, to be on par with its stature and historical significance. Proactively develop plans, prepare well in terms of human resources, materials, coordination plans, and implementation to ensure quality, absolute safety, and on-schedule periodic restoration tasks of the Mausoleum.
