Graduated as Valedictorian of the 39th class of the Institute of Journalism (now the Institute of Journalism and Communication), Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, Nguyen Ba Khai decided to return to his hometown and take on the role of Chairman of the Youth Theory and Communication Club of Ha Long City (Quang Ninh). At the club, he and his teammates launched the podcast "Young people tell stories of Uncle Ho".

From July 2024 to present, the column has published 8 issues with different topics. The column brings profound stories about the ideology, morality, lifestyle and work of President Ho Chi Minh through the lens of the young generation. Not only stopping at telling stories, the column also conveys meaningful messages, draws valuable lessons, thereby arousing the spirit of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle among youth, children and young party members.

Sharing about this project, Khai said: "In the past time, the column has received positive responses from the Youth Union, Youth Union bases, Youth Union officials, Youth Union members, and youth in the city, attracting more than 100,000 listens and interactions on the Thanh Nien Ha Long fanpage".

In the coming time, Khai said, the club will promote multi-channel, multi-platform broadcasting on specialized podcast listening applications, in order to expand its reach to a wide audience, not just limited to young people in Ha Long city.

Since high school, Nguyen Ba Khai not only achieved excellent academic results, but also showed early leadership qualities when actively participating in Youth Union activities, volunteer activities and environmental protection movements. His persistent efforts helped him become one of the first students to be admitted to the Party while still in school at the Cam Pha High School Party Committee.

Entering the university lecture hall at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, Nguyen Ba Khai continued to prove his mettle and acumen, by continuously taking on important roles in student activities, while also engaging in meaningful community projects. In 2021, he was elected as the Chairman of the Youth Media Club of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.

Under Khai's leadership, the club has made breakthroughs, implementing a series of impressive communication projects, such as propaganda campaigns to protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile views on cyberspace. Products such as podcasts, infographics, and short videos produced by Khai and his colleagues have reached tens of thousands of views, spreading positive values ​​to the community.

Not stopping there, Nguyen Ba Khai also made a strong mark in the field of political commentary when participating in the writing contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Since 2021, he has won more than 20 prizes at political commentary contests on protecting the Party's ideological foundation at all levels, including winning the National Prospective Award twice.

Nguyen Ba Khai has just been elected to the Executive Committee of the Ha Long City Party Committee Office, becoming the youngest Party Committee member in the Ha Long City Party Committee Office. He is asserting himself with his efforts and desire to contribute continuously. With a solid knowledge base, creativity and high responsibility, Nguyen Ba Khai has gradually transformed ideas into practical actions, contributing to spreading positive values ​​to the community.

Nguyen Ba Khai's journey is not simply the story of a young person yearning to assert himself, but also a living testament to the spirit of innovation, determination and courage of the young generation, in the face of increasingly high demands in leadership and management.
