At the same time, the delegates also elected Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Lan - former Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.
In his speech assigning tasks, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu congratulated the new Deputy Head of the Legal Committee and Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the 10th Provincial People's Council and asked Mr. Nguyen Van Vu and Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Lan to continue to promote their working capacity, together with the collective of the Committees to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Lan (48 years old), a delegate of the 10th Provincial People's Council, has a degree from the University of Agriculture and Forestry. Before being elected as Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Ms. Lan was Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Ms. Lan also held the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa District.
In addition, at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council also unanimously issued a Resolution on confirming the results of the dismissal of the position of Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vung; dismissal of the position of Member of the Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026 for 5 members of the Provincial People's Committee from March 1, 2025 for the Chief Inspector of the province - Le Son Ha, Director of the Department of Construction - Nguyen Van Hung, Director of the Department of Information and Communications - Nguyen Ba Luan, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs - Nguyen Hong Mai, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development - Nguyen Thanh Truyen due to early retirement or transfer to new assignments./.
