Accordingly, through the work of grasping the situation, Market Management Team No. 4 discovered an individual using a Facebook account named D.HT (business location in Cho Gao district, Tien Giang province) to advertise and livestream the sale of cosmetics suspected of violations.
After examining and verifying the information, on July 25, Market Management Team No. 4 conducted a surprise inspection at this business location. As a result, it was discovered that 10 boxes of mixed cream and 4 bottles of perfume of unknown origin were being sold here (no product labels and no invoices or documents proving the origin of the goods).
After drawing up a record of administrative violations, the Captain of Market Management Team No. 4 issued a decision to fine the above establishment 4 million VND and force the destruction of all the above goods of unknown origin. The value of the goods is nearly 4 million VND.
