Colonel Nguyen Van Nhut, Director of Tien Giang Provincial Police, presented the Ministry of Public Security's Decision to Go Cong City Police. |
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Nhut, Director of Tien Giang Provincial Police, requested Go Cong City Police to promptly develop a combat work plan and build a force suitable to the actual situation of the locality based on the functions and tasks of the unit. Do a good job of grasping the situation, synchronously using basic professional measures, promptly and effectively handling problems that arise, not being passive in any situation; resolutely attack and suppress all types of crimes, determined to reduce and control crimes that arise and occur in the area.
In addition, the unit needs to proactively research, advise, and propose solutions to the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors on ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area. Although it is a newly established unit (but basically transferred from Go Cong City Police, without much change in personnel, facilities, etc.), Colonel Nguyen Van Nhut requested that Go Cong City Police must immediately rebuild working regulations; agency regulations, etc. to comply with the new regulations. The Party Committee and the Command of Go Cong City Police must be responsible to the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors for managing, leading, and directing officers and soldiers, and paying attention to building the city's police force to develop more and more strongly, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
