Accordingly, while performing patrolling and controlling duties to ensure security and order in Thanh Hoa City, Task Force 282 of the City Police discovered 3 young men driving 3 motorbikes without helmets, so they signaled them to stop for administrative inspection.
When detecting the police force's signal to stop, these 3 young men did not comply and increased the speed to run away. Using professional measures and through the surveillance camera system, Thanh Hoa City Police quickly identified the group of young men as: Le Ngoc Hoa, born in 2003 in Ngoc Trao ward; Tran Duy Anh, born in 2004 and Nguyen Van Huy, born in 2004, both in Dong Huong ward.
Summoning these 3 young men to the police station for questioning, the city police analyzed and pointed out the violations of each person. At the same time, they drew up a record of administrative fines totaling 18.2 million VND for the following violations: Not wearing a helmet, not having a driver's license, and giving the vehicle to someone who is not qualified to participate in traffic.
In the case of Nguyen Van Huy, an additional record was made for the act of weaving on the road in the city. All 3 vehicles violating the regulations were temporarily detained according to regulations.
