Developing the application "Global Vietnamese Youth" in the new era
As President of the Vietnamese Students Association in Belgium, I hope the forum will pay more attention to the three main issues of international students.
First is mental support and soft skills. Many young people have difficulty integrating into the culture, facing loneliness and study pressure. It is recommended that the Youth Union open an online counseling channel on psychology, life skills, and connect mentors who are former international students. It is necessary to increase workshops on developing courage, time management, and crisis response.

Next is to promote domestic and international connections. From my experience organizing community activities in Belgium, I have seen the power of networking. The Youth Union can build a digital platform for domestic and foreign students to participate in social projects, start-ups, and research. For example, the "International Student Companion" program supports Vietnamese students preparing to study abroad.
The third issue is to foster love for the Fatherland and the responsibility to contribute. The trip to Truong Sa and many events I attended have urged me to take more practical actions. I suggest that the Delegation organize more trips to the source, forums to share ideal inspiration, or content creation contests to promote Vietnamese culture and history. At the same time, create a mechanism for young intellectuals abroad to contribute ideas for national development through online policy consultation.
Through the forum, I have some specific suggestions as follows: develop the application "Global Vietnamese Youth" to connect and share scholarship opportunities, jobs, and volunteer projects; periodically organize "Miniature Vietnamese Festival" in other countries, help international students introduce cuisine, art, and raise funds to support people in difficulty.
I believe that with the initiative of the youth and the flexible mechanism from the Youth Union, Vietnamese youth, wherever they are, can shine and contribute to building the country.

A bridge between world knowledge and the infinite potential of the homeland
As an international student who has lived and studied in the Russian Federation for the past 9 years, over this time I have come to realize more clearly that young people are the bridge between ideas and knowledge from the world and the limitless potential of the homeland. In the era of globalization, the young generation of Vietnam, especially those who are fortunate enough to study in an advanced educational environment, need to proactively become ambassadors to bring knowledge, technology and innovative thinking back to serve the country.

As a graduate student majoring in mathematics, I see the great power of science and technology in promoting socio-economic development. We, international students, do not simply acquire knowledge but also have to lead successful models from abroad into practice in Vietnam. Personally, I always try to participate in research projects related to artificial intelligence, and at the same time connect with young scientists at universities in Russia - a small part in building a digital platform for education.
As Vice President of the Vietnamese Student Association in Russia, I and other young people have organized and participated in many international scientific forums and seminars in Russia. We hope to inspire the spirit of "not being afraid to experiment" in every young person. For sustainable development, we need to engage in important areas such as smart education, digital transformation and preserving national culture.
This year's "Youth Voice - Action of the Union" forum is an ideal time for each young person to ask themselves: "What can I do for Vietnam?". Whether at home or abroad, each of us bears the responsibility of building the future with enthusiasm, creativity and solidarity. Let's turn knowledge into action, turn dreams into concrete projects, that is the way for young people to realize the aspiration for prosperity for the Fatherland.

Developing a global network of young Vietnamese intellectuals
Youth is always the pioneering force in the development of the country, especially in the context of globalization and the 4.0 industrial revolution. For international students studying and researching abroad, the responsibility does not stop at acquiring knowledge but also must proactively connect and spread advanced knowledge and modern technology to contribute to the development of Vietnam. As an international student sent by the state to study, I am fully aware of my responsibility, so I proposed the idea of developing the "Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals" - a platform connecting knowledge between international students and young Vietnamese experts abroad with domestic agencies, organizations and businesses.

This network will operate in an online and offline connection model, through seminars, knowledge sharing forums, research and innovation cooperation programs. A digital platform can be built to gather international students and young researchers studying and working in many countries, helping them easily access information on science and technology projects and domestic development policies. Here, everyone can contribute ideas, share experiences, and propose solutions to support Vietnam in areas such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, cyber security, advanced education, etc.
In addition, this network can participate in competitions such as "Global Hackathon", an innovation competition with the participation of young people at home and abroad to find practical solutions for application in Vietnam. Excellent ideas can be supported by the Government, businesses and investment funds for implementation in the country. In addition, seminars connecting experts, businesses with international students will create opportunities for young people to participate in technology development projects, policy research or strategic consulting for Vietnamese businesses in the process of international integration.
For this program to be successful, there needs to be close coordination between ministries, departments and the Youth Union and the Vietnamese Student Association abroad. The State also needs to have appropriate policies to attract talent, create conditions for overseas students to have the opportunity to return to contribute after completing their studies, and at the same time open up internship and research programs for Vietnamese students studying abroad, helping young people connect with the reality in the country right from when they are still in school. The Vietnamese Student Association in Russia is also concretizing the above project with the first steps from sharing about scientific seminars, competitions at home and abroad as well as internship and research opportunities in many fields.
I believe that the model of "Global Vietnamese Young Intellectuals Network" not only helps young people promote their sense of responsibility for their homeland but also creates a strong intellectual resource, making practical contributions to the development of the country in the digital age. It is time for Vietnamese youth around the world to join hands to build a modern, creative and far-reaching Vietnam on the global knowledge map in the era of national development as stated by General Secretary To Lam.

Building a generation of physically and mentally healthy youth
As a medical student studying and living in Japan, I have found that society’s concern for adolescent health is extremely important. In Japan, health care policies for young people are very focused, from school nutrition, encouraging physical exercise to psychological counseling to support mental health. The health system here makes it easy for young people to access health services, and there are many programs to raise awareness about healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.

In Vietnam, the Youth Union has been and continues to play an important role in guiding and supporting young people in taking care of their health. I hope that the Youth Union will continue to promote programs to raise health awareness, provide basic knowledge about common diseases and how to prevent them through communication campaigns, seminars and extracurricular activities. In addition, the Youth Union can coordinate with health agencies to support psychological counseling, as well as develop physical training models suitable for each target group.
I believe that with concern and practical action, the Youth Union can contribute to building a generation of young people who are healthy in both body and spirit, ready to contribute to the country.

Bring knowledge and passion back to contribute to the country
In the glorious history of the nation, Vietnamese youth have always been the vanguard, shouldering the responsibility of building and defending the Fatherland. Today, that responsibility does not stop at self-development but also extends to the mission of taking the country further.
As an international student, I am always proud to represent the image of Vietnamese people to international friends. Although studying and living abroad, I always remember the contributions of previous generations. It is this sacrifice that motivates our young generation to strive to study, cultivate knowledge and skills, not only to develop ourselves but also to carry out Uncle Ho's teaching: "Bringing Vietnam to stand shoulder to shoulder with the world powers".

I believe that many young people are also studying hard day and night with the common ideal of bringing knowledge and enthusiasm back to contribute to the country. We hope that after completing our study mission, our homeland will always be open to welcome and create conditions for the young generation to contribute most effectively to the development of the country.
To take advantage of young intellectual resources, the Youth Union can strengthen connections with Vietnamese Student Associations in other countries, acting as a bridge between Vietnam and international friends through overseas students. This not only helps those living far from home maintain their connection with the Fatherland but also creates opportunities for them to directly contribute to the country's development. Exchange, cooperation, experience sharing activities, and at the same time promoting the image of Vietnam in the international arena will also contribute to building sustainable relationships between Vietnam and other countries.
I believe that not only myself but also many international students always want to contribute to their homeland. Today's young generation is a solid bridge to help Vietnam grow strongly in the era of integration and development.
