The Vietnamese stock market in the trading session on September 12 "was as if there had never been a separation" after the sharp decline the day before. The focus was on the group of securities stocks with most codes breaking out. In particular, a series of stocks increased to the ceiling price such as SSI, VND, FTS, BSI, CTS, AGR, MBS... Other codes increased by more than 5% such as: VCI increased by 6.32%, ORS increased by 6.32%, VDS increased by 6.11%, HCM increased by 5.6%, VIX increased by 6.74%...
Banking stocks also turned green with MBB up 2.67%, STB up 2.37%, TCB up 2.17%, ACB up 1.79%, VPB up 1.83%, CTG up 1.25%, VCB up 1.58%, BID up 1.08%...
Real estate stocks also recovered strongly. Of which, QCG and VPH increased to the ceiling. The Vingroup trio had VHM increase by 1.9%, VRE increase by 2.79% and VIC increase by 2.03%. In addition, NVL increased by 2.2%, KBC increased by 2.64%, PDR increased by 6.48%, DIG increased by 4.14%, TCH increased by 3.59%, DXG increased by 5.19%, CII increased by 3.25%...
Not only the above main stock groups but many other industry groups such as retail and energy also increased quite well such as: GAS increased by 1.28%, POW increased by 1.57%, MWG increased by 2.39%, FRT increased by 1.76%... contributing to the VN-Index increasing by nearly 22 points at the end of the session.
At the end of the trading session, VN-Index increased by 21.8 points (1.78%) with 407 stocks increasing, 116 stocks decreasing and 46 stocks remaining unchanged. At the end of the session on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX-Index also increased by 4.99 points (1.99%) with 128 stocks increasing, 62 stocks decreasing and 60 stocks remaining unchanged. Another positive point is that foreign investors also returned to net buying nearly 340 billion VND on the HOSE.
Liquidity is high with total transaction value across the market reaching nearly 26,000 billion VND.
