Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union organizes a visit to a typical youth startup model

This is an annual program in a series of activities accompanying young entrepreneurs of the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of the province.

During the trip, the delegation visited and exchanged experiences at many effective economic models owned by young people in Thanh Hoa, Thai Binh provinces and Hue City. At each destination, the delegation not only learned about production processes and management methods, but also shared stories of overcoming difficulties and the entrepreneurial journey of young people who dared to think and act.

Visiting the Queen Farm high-tech agricultural model in Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province, the delegation was introduced by Mr. Tran Van Tan - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Province Young Entrepreneurs Association, General Director of Phong Cach Moi Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company about the formation, development and orientation of the Queen Farm high-tech agricultural model.

Many valuable experiences in choosing product development associated with local characteristics, how to build brands, develop raw material areas, product ecosystems to bring products to foreign markets... have been shared with young people in Quang Nam.

At Minh Danh Company Limited (Thai Binh province), the delegation learned about the process of building and developing a modern and sustainable enterprise. During the tour, delegates were introduced to advanced production lines, with many of the company's key products strictly meeting international technical standards to serve export to demanding markets...

In addition, young people also learn about professional human resource management, focusing on vocational training for workers, ensuring a safe, friendly and effective working environment as well as experience in expanding investment in potential fields.
