The concert featured 20 romantic songs composed by Vu Minh Duc, Trinh Cong Son and other musicians. The songs were re-arranged and performed in a fresher way.
The concert featured singers Huong Giang, Trong Bac, Tuan Nghia, Nguyen Dinh Tuan Dung, Vu Tra, Bich Hai, Moc San, Ai Le and two saxophone artists Trieu Vy and Tran Kha. In particular, the concert featured the visually impaired girl An Bao Han singing the song Co doi lan . She is one of the people who received scholarships from the Fund for Supporting Dreams.

The concert not only brought the audience to a lyrical and emotional space but also had a humane meaning when the program's revenue was donated to the Dream Wings Fund. Doctor - musician Vu Minh Duc said that such concerts are organized periodically every 3-4 months to create a source of support.
The Dream Wings Fund was established in 2016 to support excellent students with difficult circumstances throughout their university years, not just a one-time symbolic scholarship. For medical students, the fund will support them for 6 years.
“Up to now, the Fund has accompanied and supported 70 young talents to have more conditions to realize their dreams. The Fund accompanies them throughout their university years until they become successful and become members of the Fund to continue helping the next generation. These are the seeds that will do many useful and meaningful things for life and for people. In the future, we will have larger-scale programs to be able to support more students,” said doctor and musician Minh Duc.

Doctor - musician Vu Minh Duc is a familiar name in the music industry through songs about homeland, compassion, love, children and is the author of the books Saigon Chu Huu Vei , Thu Gui Con - Bao Gio Cho Cut Yeu Yeu Yeu...
In 1998, Dr. Vu Minh Duc worked at Thong Nhat Hospital (HCMC). Two years later, he received a scholarship in France to study cardiology - coronary angiography and angioplasty (a very new technique that has saved the lives of many patients with acute myocardial infarction). After nearly 10 years working with this technique, he switched to management and experienced the private healthcare environment.
