On August 2, VinFast Auto announced the opening of 15 new dealerships in Indonesia from July 31 to August 31, 2024.
VinFast 's new dealer chain is located in major cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Bali, Batam and Makassar. Currently, VinFast has officially launched two electric car models, VF 5 and VF e34, in Indonesia, belonging to the two most popular segments A and C, respectively. Both models are applied with an attractive battery leasing policy, helping to reduce the cost of electric vehicle ownership and increase accessibility to more users. VinFast also offers an outstanding after-sales policy, including a 7-10 year warranty for the body, 8-10 years for the battery (for customers who buy a car with a battery), free maintenance and battery replacement if the battery's charging status falls below 70% (for customers who lease a battery).
