(NLDO) - At the final round of the Youth Tech Asia Challenge (YTAC 2025), the Vietnamese student team excellently brought home 2 gold medals.
News from the Vietnamese student delegation participating in the Youth Tech Asia Challenge (YTAC 2025) said that at the final round of the competition held in Kuching City, Sarawak State - Malaysia from February 7 to 9, the Vietnamese student delegation achieved excellent results, bringing home 2 gold medals and 2 silver medals.
YTAC is an international technology competition for Asian students, organized by Eduwel in collaboration with the Sarawak Department of Education, professionally sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
This year’s competition brings together 144 teams from many countries, competing in 6 categories. Contestants will present innovative projects on technology applied in life and solving social problems with technology.
Vietnamese students compete in the competition
Coming to YTAC 2025, the Vietnamese student delegation has had a serious preparation process, from generating ideas, developing projects to practicing presentation skills. The teams must demonstrate creativity, logical thinking and the ability to apply technology to solve practical problems.
In the international round, Vietnam has 4 teams participating in 2 categories: Inno-Tech Secondary and Inno-Tech Primary.
In the final results, 2 gold medals belonged to the group of students Vu Quang Anh Nguyen Trung Hieu, Le Viet Hung (Trang An Primary School - Hanoi City), with the project "Arfiticial Intelligence - Based Sign Language Dictionary") and the group of students Vo Dang Tue, Dong Anh Son, Le Van Nam Khanh (Chi Lang High School, Gia Lai Province), with the project "Website For Analyzing And Detecting Scams On Digital Platforms").
Vietnamese students won 2 gold medals and 2 silver medals.
Two silver medals went to the projects: “Children's Computer Monitoring System” by the group of students Do Duc Binh An, Nguyen Huu Tuan, Dong Anh Linh (Sao Viet Primary - Secondary - High School - Gia Lai province); the project “Emotion Learning Program For Kids With Autims, Apply ArtificialIntelligence” by the group of students Nguyen Hai Son, Nguyen Gia Phuong Minh, Le Quang Minh (Trang An Primary School - Hanoi city).
According to the Organizing Committee, the Vietnamese student delegation has proven that they can compete with international friends in creative and technological playgrounds.
The Asia Young Tech Competition opens up opportunities to exchange, learn, approach new technology trends and develop teamwork skills.
