Regarding the norms, specific content of the regulations, scope of regulation, applicable subjects, etc., the Department of Science and Technology needs to absorb the opinions of delegates at the meeting to complete the draft. In particular, the Department of Science and Technology coordinates with the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Justice to agree on the name, expenditure level, and basis for including the activities of the science and technology advisory council in the draft. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to actively coordinate and complete the draft as soon as possible to report to the Provincial People's Committee.
