Especially, during the Covid-19 outbreak, the demand for health care with natural products increased, the Mami farm brand was also known by many people. With dedication, methodical production methods, investment in synchronous and modern machinery and equipment, Mamifarm branded nutritious nut milk products quickly affirmed their brand and dominated the market. With the dynamism of youth and the support of experts, Mamifarm nut milk products currently have many product lines: popular, specifically for women, and for diabetics. Mamifarm's green seed milk has a characteristic aroma of beans, refined from 25 types of high-quality beans and seeds including: red walnuts, golden walnuts, almonds, macadamia, oats, green-heart black beans, green beans, imperial beans, broad beans, white beans, Da Nang red beans, blood beans, rice beans, peas, chia seeds, cashews, Indian squash, lotus seeds, sesame, glutinous corn, purple sticky rice, red brown rice... The milk is packaged in small, convenient packages to carry along to mix with warm boiled water, for snacks or breakfast. In particular, Mamifarm's seed milk lines are proven to be good for digestion, reduce blood fat, ensure food safety... so they are increasingly welcomed by the market. Up to now, each year Mamifarm buys dozens of tons of agricultural products for farmers in districts such as Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Do Luong. Each month, she sells about 5,000 boxes of products, with a revenue of more than 1 billion VND.

She is also struggling to build a clean raw material area in the direction of organic cultivation to proactively source for the factory. In particular, Mamifarm is researching and renting land to grow beans and a type of seed in Ky Son district, where the climate and natural conditions are typical for producing clean products. At the same time, implementing the project "Building a model for planting and processing some nutritional products from wheat germ in Dien Chau district, Nghe An province". Ms. Tam said that before that, she had grown clean cabbage, tomatoes, kale, and clean products according to orders from some foreign partners to process products for children and was noticed by some experts for advice and support in production. She even received an order for 22 tons of vegetable powder per month to Japan but was not able to fulfill it. Determined to start from a small model, Ms. An and her colleagues have conducted in-depth research on the techniques of growing and processing wheat germ, creating high-quality products. From the "0 VND" startup model, Ms. Dang Thi Tam has successfully exploited the potential and strengths of her homeland's land to get rich right in her homeland. In a short time, An An Agri Dien Chau Company's wheat products have also been labeled OCOP, and are favored by domestic and foreign markets. To meet the strict standards of the Japanese and American markets, Ms. An and her colleagues have to take care of all stages of production such as treating the soil to be free of pathogens, not using chemical fertilizers, selecting standard seeds, taking care completely with organic materials, and controlling organic indicators in the soil; Enhance drainage, ventilation, pest control... Thanks to perseverance, meticulousness and guidance from experts, An An Agri Company has achieved USDA organic certification - the most stringent organic standard certification issued by the United States Department of Agriculture.
