After the opening whistle, U17 Uzbekistan controlled the ball so much that U17 Vietnam had to retreat to a defensive formation.

Vietnam U17's defense was not focused well. In the 25th minute, Vietnam U17's defense was not tight enough, allowing Shodiboev to easily score from 5 meters away.

After scoring, U17 Uzbekistan continued to dominate the match and also had a few good opportunities but could not score a second goal.

In the second half, U17 Vietnam pushed up their attacking formation, and the ball control rate of coach Hoang Anh Tuan's students was equal to the opponent's.

However, the attacks of U17 Vietnam were not sharp, U17 Uzbekistan played quite solid defense, so the score of 1-0 was maintained until the end of the match.

Thus, after the group stage, U17 Vietnam is at the bottom of the table, with one point, one goal scored and six goals conceded.
