Loc Ha District Labor Federation currently has nearly 2,800 union members, operating at 61 grassroots unions. In 2023, the District Labor Federation has made efforts to do a good job of taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
Grassroots unions have presented over 1,711 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of over VND941 million. Humanitarian and charitable activities have also received special attention from the union organization. Activities such as “Tet Sum Vay”, Workers’ Month and holidays, and union member welfare programs have been implemented with attention, becoming increasingly substantive, effective, and practically caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers.

Speaking at the program, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung sent his best wishes for a peaceful and happy new year to all cadres, union members and workers in Loc Ha district. At the same time, he hoped that union members and workers in the area would continue to overcome difficulties, strive to improve their lives, enthusiastically compete in labor production, and contribute to the overall development of the locality.
At the program, the Loc Ha District Labor Federation presented 145 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Of which, 100 gifts were from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation (40 gifts worth 800,000 VND, 60 gifts worth 700,000 VND); the rest came from socialized sources and support mobilization, each gift worth 700,000 VND.
The program also provided support for repairing the union shelter worth 25 million VND to Ms. Le Thi Dung - a member of the Ho Do commune grassroots union.

* Also this afternoon, on the occasion of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung, representatives of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and leaders of Loc Ha district visited and gave longevity wishes and gifts to policy families and the elderly in Tan Loc commune.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Duy Huong (born in 1924, Kim Tan village). Mr. Huong is a 4/4 war invalid, in poor health, living with his children and grandchildren.
The delegation visited and wished Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cat (born in 1930, residing in Tan Thuong village) a happy new year. Mrs. Cat is the mother of a martyr, currently in poor health and often sick.
The delegation also came to give gifts and encourage Mr. Tran Sy Thao (born in 1954, Kim Tan village), a disabled soldier 2/3. Mr. Thao is often sick and in difficult circumstances.
