Opening of new soldier training in 2025

In 2025, Kien Giang Border Guard Command will receive hundreds of new soldiers from localities in the province to study and train at the Mobile Training Battalion.

The Kien Giang Border Guard Command directed specialized agencies to guide the Mobile Training Battalion to supplement, repair, and renovate accommodation, facilities, teaching model equipment, training grounds, and training grounds to meet training requirements.

The new soldier training program is carried out by the Mobile Training Battalion with the motto of ensuring enough time as prescribed, following the principles of "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, creativity, determination to win"; "Fundamental, practical, solid".

Total training time is 4.5 months, of which training according to the General Staff program is 3 months and training according to the specialized border defense program is 1.5 months.

The Mobile Training Battalion sets a target of 100% satisfactory test results, of which 70-75% are good and excellent, with the overall training results being good or better. Absolutely ensure the safety of people, weapons, and equipment during training, practice, and testing, especially the practice of shooting AK submachine guns, explosives, and throwing live grenades.
