Exhibition and promotion of sea and islands in Da Nang

The reporter of Naval Region 3 informed more than 200 cadres, youth union members of units; students of Da Nang University, Vocational College, Tourism... about the position and role of Vietnam's seas and islands; the situation in Vietnam's seas recently; the viewpoints of our Party and State in the struggle to protect sovereignty over seas and islands; the role and results of the Navy's task of protecting sovereignty over seas and islands; identifying and refuting the distorted arguments of hostile forces about issues in the East Sea.

The delegates also visited and listened to the introduction of 40 frames of documents and images with the following topics: History of establishing Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa archipelago; activities of fighting to protect Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty in the current period; policies and guidelines of the Party and State on the struggle to protect Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty; activities of going offshore and protecting sea and island sovereignty; press in the work of protecting sea and island sovereignty and Da Nang Youth with the homeland's sea and islands.

Delegates listened to an introduction to the history of Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa archipelago.

This is part of a series of coordinated activities between the Da Nang Youth Union, Hoang Sa Exhibition House and Naval Region 3 to organize the exhibition “Youth with the homeland’s sea and islands”. The propaganda session contributes to building awareness and responsibility for cadres, youth union members and students towards the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

On the morning of July 19, 2024, in Hai Phong City, the Party Committee and the Navy Command held a conference to review 5 years of the Sea and Island Propaganda Coordination Program for the period 2019 - 2024.

Brigade 172 successfully completed its mission of combat readiness, protecting sea and island sovereignty.

This is the positive result of Brigade 172 (Naval Region 3) in the first 6 months of 2024, informed at the Conference to study tasks at all levels in the last 6 months of 2024 held on July 22 in Da Nang city.
