Exhibition, display of 50 years of achievements of the province in the program "Coconut homeland's grace, Aspiration to reach far" for the 2nd time

As planned, the 2nd program "Coconut Gratitude - Aspiration to Reach Far" in 2025 will be held in Ben Tre from April 17 to April 21, 2025. The program will have activities to contribute to promoting the potential and strengths of Ben Tre province in various fields.

In particular, the program will call on organizations and individuals inside and outside the province to invest in socio-economic development of Ben Tre province, focusing on developing towards the sea according to the Ben Tre Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, as well as supporting the completion of criteria and tasks of new rural construction and contributing to social security activities.

According to Mr. Le Tan Buu - Head of the Liaison Committee of Ben Tre compatriots in Ho Chi Minh City, the organizing committee of the second "Coconut Hometown Gratitude - Aspiration to Reach Far" program has developed a plan to implement the contents in a direction that closely combines with the activities organized by the Steering Committee for major holidays of the province and the general policy of the province, in which the focus will be on activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification of the country on April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025 of the province.

Some notable activities include: Organizing a provincial-level art photography contest, trade promotion activities, investment, tourism, science and technology seminars, innovation, exhibition of the province's 50-year achievements, displaying OCOP products, trade fairs, cultural and artistic performances, live broadcasting of the Coconut Country's Gratitude Program - Aspiration to Reach Far...

At the meeting, the Ben Tre Compatriot Liaison Committee in Ho Chi Minh City and representatives of departments, branches and units discussed clearly the plan to coordinate the organization of activities, mobilize socialized funding, and discuss art programs in the direction of focusing on program quality, achieving effectiveness and set goals, bringing difference, novelty, and imbued with the local cultural identity of Ben Tre.

Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Truc Son said: In order to prepare and carefully organize the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification on April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025 of the province, the second program "An nghia que dua - Aspiration to reach far" along with art programs, exhibitions, promotions, trade and tourism promotion as well as seminars and talks need to be organized appropriately for people and businesses to participate and enjoy the benefits that the program brings.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned specialized departments to act as focal points to coordinate with the Liaison Committee to urgently carry out activities. The province also mobilized and invited associations and businesses of the province to participate in the program to support the province as well as introduce local products.
