Responding to the online contest "Resolution of the trade union congress and actions of union members and workers" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Labor Confederation issued an official dispatch instructing grassroots trade unions to organize and deploy the contest to all union members and workers in the province.
Accordingly, through the contest, we aim to widely propagate the glorious tradition of the working class, 95 years of construction and growth of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024); convey the spirit and disseminate the core content of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union so that each union member, worker, and union official can grasp and organize the correct, creative, and effective implementation, successfully completing the goals, targets, and tasks; promote the creative ideas of union members and trade union levels; select high-quality entries to develop and create communication products about the trade union organization.
The contest is held online at: http://congdoanvietnam.org.
The contest is divided into 2 phases, taking place in May and June 2024; including 2 parts: multiple choice and creating video clips, skits and presentations.
For multiple choice tests (for individual test takers), each test has 20 questions, maximum test time is 15 minutes, each test taker can participate in a maximum of 2 tests/session (organized into 3 test sessions in 3 consecutive weeks).
For the video clip creation contest (for participating groups), each provincial and municipal labor federation, central and equivalent industry trade union, and general corporation trade union under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor submits 1 video clip of a skit or presentation. The content must demonstrate ideas, solutions, models, and methods to effectively implement breakthroughs and complete the targets and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; methods for organizing the dissemination and study of the Resolution to attract a large number of union members and workers to participate.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor requests that labor federations of districts, cities, towns; industry unions and equivalent coordinate to direct propaganda, encourage and create conditions for cadres, union members and workers to respond and participate in the contest.
The Provincial Federation of Labor selects and directs the Muong Khuong District Federation of Labor and the Health Sector Trade Union to submit video clips according to the instructions.
